DESCRIPTION:VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for Oakland Family Services Adopt A Family holiday program.  Adopt A Family matches donors with families who are facing financial difficulty during the holidays.  The donor receives a family wish list that they use to purchase gifts for the children and household items for the family. Donors drop off gifts and items December 12-14 to Oakland Family Services in Pontiac.  Families then pick up their gifts and items December 14-16. We are looking for volunteers to help with gift drop off and pick up - people to carry bags and help unload and load cars.
