DESCRIPTION:ROCHESTER HILLS\, Mich.\, June 19\, 2022   The Rochester Community Concert Band is pleased to invite you to a free outdoor concert on August 2\, 2022\, at 7:30 p.m. on the east lawn of St. Mary of the Hills Catholic Church\, 2675 John R. Road\, Rochester Hills\, 48307. The rain date is Wednesday\, August 3. \n\n \n\nSelections to be performed include "Strike up the Band"\, "Africa"\, "Beatles 1964"\, "Cartoon Express"\, "Highlights from The Music Man"\, "Dill Pickles" Ragtime\, "A Salute to America's Finest" a medley of all the branches of our military service songs\, "Highlights from the Lion King Sound Track" and "The Stars and Stripes Forever" by John Philip Sousa. \n\n \n\nDonations gratefully accepted and appreciated. \n\n \n\nAttendees are asked to bring their own lawn chairs\, and to please follow the current CDC and Michigan Department of Health and Human Services COVID-19 guidelines. \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nAbout Rochester Community Concert Band\n\nThe 70-member all volunteer Rochester Community Concert Band is conducted by Paul F. DeRubeis and includes adult community members and advanced high school students from greater Rochester and Rochester Hills.
