DESCRIPTION:Rochester Community Concert Band presents \n\nThe Sounds of Summer\, Part 1\n\n \n\nThe Rochester Community Concert Band is pleased to invite you to the opening concert of the Free Music in the Park Downtown Rochester Summer Music Concert Series on Thursday\, June 15\, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. in the Bebout Band Shell located in the Rochester Municipal Park\, 400 Sixth St\, Rochester\, Michigan 48307\n\n \n\nThe RCCB will open the Kiwanis Club of Rochester Summer Concert Series with music by Leroy Anderson\, The Beatles\, Irvin Berlin\, Jay Bocook\, Cab Calloway\, James Christensen\, Paul Lavender\, Jean-Claude Lucchetti\, John Philip Sousa\, Erika Svanoe\, Samuel Ward\, and John Williams.\n\n \n\nBring your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy the first of the Music in the Park free summer concerts.\n\n  \n\nAbout Rochester Community Concert Band\n\nThe 80 member all volunteer Rochester Community Concert Band is conducted by Paul F. DeRubeis and includes adult community members\, students from MCC\, and advanced high school students from greater Rochester and Rochester Hills. The RCCB is a 501(c)(3) non-profit tax-exempt organization\; donations are greatly appreciated and can be made on our website: RochesterCommunityConcertBand.org\, click on the Donate tab. The RCCB is also soliciting Sponsors for their 2023-2024 Concert Season.
