DESCRIPTION:Rochester Community Concert Band presents \n\n'We Remember'\n\n \n\nROCHESTER HILLS\, MI. The Rochester Community Concert Band will present 'We Remember' on Tuesday\, May 16\, 2023\, at 7:30 p.m. in the Stoney Creek High School Auditorium\, 6755 Sheldon Road\, Rochester Hills\, 48306. The concert is open to the public and admission is free. Donations are gratefully accepted and appreciated. \n\n \n\nFeatured at the concert will be Oboe Soloist\, Dr. Lindabeth Binkley\, Professor of Oboe at Central Michigan University performing "Flight" by Stacey Berk and Guest Conductor Dr. Pamela Klena\, Oakland University.  Dr. Klena will lead the band in "The Town Band" by Ericka Svanoe. \n\n \n\nOther selections to be performed include: "Halcyon Hearts" by Katahj Copley\, "Psalm 74: Salvation is Created" by Brooke Pierson\, "Nostalgia" by Rossano Galante\, "The Soulful Sixties" arranged by Michael Brown\, "Homefront: Musical Memories from World War II" arranged by James Christensen\, "Hounds of Spring" by Alfred Reed and "The Stars and Stripes Forever" by John Philip Sousa. \n\n \n\nThe 80-member all volunteer Rochester Community Concert Band is conducted by Paul F.
