He has developed several All-Americans\, and his teams consistently rank at the top of the conference in academic achievement. Klint has won National Coach of the Year\, Conference Coach of the Year\, and been recognized as a Conference Coach of Character. Off the court\, Pleasant has managed the University's Office of Enrollment\, overseeing the largest incoming freshman class in the University's 60-year history. Under his leadership\, the Athletic Department has experienced growth from eight intercollegiate sports teams to 21 and has transitioned to the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC).
