DESCRIPTION:Join the Young Professionals for their August meeting.  This meeting will be held in-person\, at the Quality of Life Center.\n\n\n\nThe Quality of Life Adult Day Healthcare Center opened in 2008. This is a working and medical model daycare specializing in the daily care of those with Dementia\, Alzheimer's\, post-stroke victims\, etc. \n\n\n\nGuest Speaker Jackie Smiertka will present on the Mission Possible program and a volunteer opportunity for the Young Professionals to get involved and make a difference.\n\n\n\nJackie is also the President of Faith in Action of Oakland which is an organization of contractors who volunteer to do safe home repairs free of charge for the low/poverty level elderly\, disabled\, and veteran homeowners in all of Oakland County. FIAOC pays for the supplies.
