Recent studies have found that tai chi‚ a slow, graceful exercise, which originated centuries ago as a martial art, can improve balance, reduce stress and offer arthritis pain relief. 

  • A regular tai chi practice will help build muscle strength and endurance with minimal stress on your muscles and joints. 
  • Tai Chi is effective in improving static and dynamic balance, which is important in preventing fall and injuries.
  •  Suitable for every fitness level and every age! 

Class held on Wednesdays, beginning on the session date listed below.  Enter North Entrance and stop at the information desk for directions to the North Conference room.

Must register for a minimum of 4 classes or more.  NO drop-ins allowed!
