Tai Chi for Health incorporates authentic traditional tai chi movements recognized for improving balance, strength, relaxation and overall health. It was created by Dr. Paul Lam, a medical doctor and Tai Chi Master, along with his team of medical and tai chi experts. Tai Chi for Health is recognized by health organizations worldwide and is taught by certified instructors. It is enjoyable, easy to learn, and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Wear loose clothing and flat comfortable shoes. Come ready to move. Seated options are also available.
