Four specially written meditations, weekly assignments, discussions and evening notes, will give you a chance to develop a closer relationship with your own Guardian Angel. Every two hour session will show you how to gently release everyday problems, tune yourself into your own higher consciousness and begin to ask for, listen to, and receive guidance from your own special Angel.
