Ashati is an energy healing modality via meditation for the release of patterns, which no longer serve.  An attunement, or initiation, is a spiritual ceremony during which small but powerful changes (attunements to an energy, in person or over distance) occur in your chakra system to give you access to a specific energy, expand your higher chakras (and their associated energy bodies) and activate new levels of development.
