Ask a Doctor or Pharmacist
Representatives from Rochester Academic Family Medicine will be on-site from 11 am - 3 pm at the Neighborhood House Food Pantry in Rochester on the first Thursday of the month in May - September to provide:
- Free Blood Pressure checks and health screenings
- One-on-one conversations to address general health questions and concerns
- Medication counseling and medication reviews
- Assistance with prescription disposal
