Cake Series: Roll Cake
In this class, we will teach you how to make a traditional roll cake with a delicious whipped cream filling, topped with an egg yolk glaze and bruleed sugar!
If you have a stand mixer, we request that you bring it for the class. Rentals are available for an additional $10 per person, but they are limited.
