DECK ART 2014
This is one of a kind, unique community art event. Come to downtown Rochester, stroll through town and see the fantastic art created on skateboards by artists of all ages. The public will be judging these skateboard pieces.
Food trucks, street entertainment, and kid craft activities (on Thursday only).
