Diabetes Prevention Program
Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) is a lifestyle change program that can help you lose weight, become more physically active, reduce stress and decrease your risk of developing type 2 diabetes. This program meets weekly for the first 6 months, then once or twice a month for the second 6 months.
Attend one introductory class to learn more and find out if you qualify.

Who qualifies?
• If you have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes
• If you had gestational diabetes in pregnancy
• If your family history, age, weight or A1c increase your risk.
• Take a risk assessment at doihaveprediabetes.org
