Henry Ford Health Rochester - Healthy Hikes
Join us for a brief health lecture presented by doctors from the Wayne State University Family Medicine Residency. We will then take a nature hike with Rochester naturalists through the Henry Ford boardwalk. Topics and target audiences vary each month.
On July 22nd, we will focus on youth health. Dr. Uddam Arora will engage your kids in a discussion about emotional regulation and strategies to stay cool when they feel angry, sad or nervous!
