Henry Ford Health Rochester - Healthy Hikes
Join us for a brief health lecture presented by doctors from the Wayne State University Family Medicine Residency. We will then take a nature hike with Rochester naturalists through the Henry Ford boardwalk. Topics and target audiences vary each month.
On August 26th, we will focus on senior health. Dr. Mariam Nissan will share important information about falls, how to prevent them and you'll learn strategies to help you stay fall-free and independent.
