What is Bowen Work?

Maria Marichionda, NCTM, Certified Bowen Practitioner, will introduce and do audience demonstrations on this powerful, yet gentle and highly effective soft tissue release that invokes a deep state of relaxation unlike massage or other forms of body work to truly understand the Bowen technique, one must experience this technique. Wear yoga type clothing so that you may experience a 15 minute session.
