Strategic Customer Care is a program to prepare project managers, customer service, technical staff, account managers, sales engineers and inside sales reps to take better care of customers and increase revenue opportunities. Participants will learn how to: ?Master the skills and confidence to recognize business opportunities. ?Avoid providing "free consulting" to customers who are just "shopping". ?Develop the questioning and qualifying skills to get to the heart of the prospect's needs. ?Improve telephone and email communication skills. ?Provide exceptional customer service and positively impact sales.
