Mindfulness in the Business World - YOGA

Join us for a unique and rejuvenating Yoga event, "Mindfulness in the Business World" brought to you by the collaboration of Red Lotus Yoga and 429 Main. This special class is designed to help participants of all levels find balance, focus, and mindfulness amidst the hustle and bustle of the business world. 

This event will take place on the second floor of 429 Main, offering a panoramic backdrop of Rochester's downtown Christmas lights. 

Yoga mats are provided but please bring your own if you have one.
