Outdoor Boot Camp
Join CAF, Inc. for outdoor boot camp classes. 9:00 a.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays. $10.00 drop in. A trainer will take you through a fantastic workout to get your day started. Meet at our downtown location, bring a water bottle and sweat towel. There will be social distancing, hand sanitizer, and you will be able to use our restroom if needed.
