Spotlights Market
SPOTLIGHTS MARKET is a Juried Art Show that is held in the streets of downtown Rochester Michigan the second weekend of September. The market is a fundraiser for Meadow Brook Theatre Guild which supports Meadow Brook Theatre on the campus of Oakland University.
