Join us for a fun and refreshing Pilates–Yoga Fusion “5:01 Class” at Joshua Michael Art + Frame Gallery. This upbeat, all-levels class blends movement, breathwork, and strength in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Led by Colleen V., this class is the perfect way to unwind after the day—because after it’s 5 o’clock somewhere. Come stretch, breathe, and reset in a beautiful, art-filled space.
