Hello, my name is Natalie, and I am the Lead Employment Consultant for Best Buddies in Michigan. In my role, I take an individualized approach to help talented individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) secure and maintain competitive, integrated employment that aligns with their skills, strengths, and career goals. I also collaborate with local and national employers to build partnerships and provide education on workplace best practices.

Before joining Best Buddies in September 2022, I spent nearly a decade as a paraeducator in the Autism Program at Macomb Intermediate School District and also served briefly as an Elementary Intervention Specialist with Lake Shore School District. I am a proud Oakland University alumna and deeply passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential, be accepted, and lead purposeful, fulfilling lives.
