About Us

The OPC Social & Activity Center is nationally recognized as an innovative and award-winning leader in senior programs, offering progressive programs and services to persons 50+ in the greater Rochester area. Any need, hobby, or activity you can think of can be found here at the OPC. Our senior support resources include an adult day service center, medical equipment loans; support groups; counseling, Meals on Wheels, transportation services, and lawn and snow removal programs. We offer computer classes; woodshop; arts and crafts; fine art classes; musical instruction; foreign language classes; art lectures and leisure travel opportunities. In the Fitness and Aquatics area there are group exercise classes, yoga, zumba, aerobics, and pilates; physical therapy, all forms of aquatics; an indoor walking track; and personal trainers. We also have a gift shop and a café.
