PT Bootcamp is an endurance and core strength focus boot camp that will run over the course of three weeks. It requires you to come into the studio just one day a week for a group style boot camp workout and work independently from home during the rest of the week. At home you will be using a customized workout routine given to you by the physical therapists. The therapists running this camp are very highly skilled medical professionals, offering unique perspective and guidance to your workouts. Lead by Amy Middlestaedt, lead Physical Therapist at 'Neil King Physical Therapy' in Troy. She emphasizes the use of your body's own weight for resistance over the use of lots of expensive equipment. This allows you to take every workout home with no problems.
