At Henry Ford Health we know that good heart health starts with prevention. One way we are helping our communities is by raising awareness about the risks of heart disease and encouraging those at risk to get screened at our Healthy Heart screening event. We are hosting this event at nine different location in southeast Michigan and Grand Blanc. 

Get a FREE heart screening (including an EKG) with on-the-spot results and a one-on-one conversation with a doctor to review your individual test results. 

• Registration is on-site only, the day of the event. 
• On-site, walk-in registration starts at 7 a.m. and ends at 11 a.m. 
• People in line before the 11 a.m. cut-off time will be seen. 

• Blood Pressure screening 
• Body Mass Index 
• Blood Glucose Test (no fasting required) 
• Electrocardiogram (EKG) 
• Heart Risk Assessment 
• Stroke Assessment 
• One-on-one physician review and discussion of your results
