Discover the power of deep rest and inner balance through a unique blend of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques. These community classes are designed to help you:

• Reduce stress and anxiety

• Support mental health and reduce symptoms

• Improve sleep and focus

• Release physical and emotional tension

• Integrate powerful mindfulness tools into everyday life

Led by a skilled facilitator in a safe and supportive space, this group experience will support you therapeutically and self-care habits beyond the mat.
