Job Overview
Twin Lakes Golf & Swim Club is looking for a strong, hands-on Closing Manager to lead our evening operations across both restaurant and banquet service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, knows how to run a clean, efficient close, and can confidently lead a team through both à la carte and event service.

We’re looking for someone present on the floor, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering a great guest experience.

Duties

• Oversee and execute nightly clubhouse (restaurant and banquet) closing procedures
• Lead front-of-house teams during dinner and banquet service
• Support banquet events, including setup, service flow, and breakdown
• Ensure service standards are consistent, polished, and guest-focused
• Manage staff performance, provide direction, and step in where needed
• Handle guest interactions with professionalism and confidence
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper closing protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth operations
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings
