The Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting walk-in, phone, and online customers with product information, quotes, and service needs. You’ll play a key role in matching customers with the right trailer parts, truck accessories, and repair services, while building relationships that keep them coming back. In addition to in-store support, you’ll also be expected to follow up with customers after service by phone to thank them for their business. You will proactively reach out to past or inactive customers to check in, re-establish relationships, and ask if there’s any way we can assist them.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions, quotes, and purchases—in person, by phone, and online

• Recommend trailer parts, truck accessories, or repair services tailored to specific customer needs

• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish

• Coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments and provide job status updates

• Prepare and process invoices, sales orders, and service tickets accurately

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory levels, product offerings, and new parts

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and professional

• Follow up with customers to thank them for their business and reinforce relationships

• Call and re-engage past or inactive customers to explore current needs and offer support
