Erika Sklar is the Director of Employee Benefits at the Tim Crawford Insurance Agency, Inc. in Rochester Hills, Michigan. She has over 24 years of employee benefit experience in the individual and small group health insurance market. She helps business owners retain and attract new employees with a custom benefit package.
 
She currently serves as President Elect of the Michigan Association of Health Underwriters and Trustee on the Board of the Metro Detroit Association of Health Underwriters. MAHU is comprised of 4 local association chapters of insurance professionals who improve the health, financial and retirement security of Michigan citizens through education, advocacy and professional development.
 
She has served as a board member of the Rochester Regional Chamber, chaired the Ambassadors and graduated from Leadership Program. Currently, she is an Ambassador, sponsors entrepreneurial workshops, Coffee Talk networking and new member orientation.

Erika has been with the ambassadors for years. This year you saw her as a greeter at events, helping organize the golf outing, and with the dignitaries on parade day, just to name a few! Erika said, “The Ambassadors are always there for me as my extended business family. They have helped in my continued success!”
 
Erika grew up in the City of Rochester and attended Oakland University. She resides in Rochester with her husband, Tom and dog, Zena.
