March 2020 Ambassador of the Month - Melissa Crotty
Melissa Crotty is the Sr. Assistant Branch Manager at Flagstar Bank in Downtown Rochester.
 
She has worked for Flagstar for 8 years at the same branch. Additionally, she has served in the customer service industry for 24 years and thus understands the impact of stellar service. As a Sr. Assistant Branch Manager, Melissa oversees branch operations, compliance, coaching, and customer service just to name a few duties.
 
"I love being involved in everything within the branch. I feel the key to great customer service is understanding specific client needs. This also revolves around understanding your surrounding community. This is one of the reasons that I love being involved with the Chamber. You can go out and make true connections and network in order to grow your business and help others grow theirs. This is what I am most passionate about!"
 
Melissa spends most of her free time with her fiancé and two dogs. She also cherishes time with family and friends.
