RRC Vice President Maggie Bobitz earns OSHA Certification
We are proud to share that Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce Vice President Maggie Bobitz has earned an Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) certification, a dream goal to help her better coordinate volunteers, vendors, and members, and lead confidently. Throughout 2020, Maggie attended a 4 hour weekly class about industry safety and health lead by OSHA trainer Ken Keberle, while maintaining a high level of excellence with her daily chamber duties. After completing 30 course hours, Maggie earned her certification on November 19, 2020 and received her official card in January 2021.
We applaud her dedicated efforts toward professional development, continual self-improvement, adaptive learning to better our organization and the community. RRC President Alaina Campbell shared, "Maggie is an integral part of the Chamber team and she is a blessing to work with! She joyfully helps others and is well-known and loved in our community.
