Dale Ahern has been employed with the City of Rochester Water Department for the past 37 years. HE is an independent contractor with a base of 375 customers, with around 150 right here in the Rochester area. “I can meet all you needs for your irrigation system,” Ahern said. He is also installing secondary water meters for irrigation systems as well as general plumbing work as needed.
