The Summer session of the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) class begins on Tuesday evenings, June 9- July 28, 2015 from 6:00-8:30 pm, and includes an all-day retreat July 18.
Learn Mindfulness, a way of relating directly to the events in your life, of consciously and systematically working through challenging experiences. Develop healthy and positive approaches to handling stressful events, whether they are physical or emotional. By enrolling, you will: Take control of your life. Receive support and instruction as you participate in this deeply engaging and life-affirming class, offered in 9 sessions over 8 weeks. Tuition includes 3 practice CDs and workbook.
