Mike Maniscalco, a highly experienced yoga instructor, offers chair yoga sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:30 - 11:30 am in the sanctuary of First Congregational Church, Rochester. His guided series of poses increases flexibility, range of motion, and muscle tone, and strengthens bones and joints. Additionally, yoga improves stress management, sleep, and mindfulness.
