On Monday, October 3rd, we will be hosting our second Metro Detroit FCA Golf Marathon to support our campus and community ministries. Check in starts at 7:30am followed by a shot gun start at 8:30am. Golfing will conclude at 5:00pm. This will be held again at the beautiful R&S Sharf Course on the campus of Oakland University in Rochester, MI. Each participant will be challenged to raise $2000. A minimum donation of $500 is required to participate. There will be prizes awarded for top fundraisers and those that meet the fundraising challenge of $2000. For those that don't want to participate in the event but still want to support, you can become a hole/prize sponsor for $200.

To ensure we have enough time to take care of each participant, the registration deadline for this event will September 19th. There will be prizes awarded for: most holes completed, best cumulative score (minimum 54 holes played), closest to the pin, and longest drive. Video

To help increase participation, we have added a half day option to our event. Sign up as a foursome and split up the day into a morning and afternoon session. One twosome would play the morning and the other the afternoon. Morning session would end at 12:30pm. Afternoon session would end approximately at 5:00pm. Each participant in the foursome will be challenged to raise $1000. A minimum donation of $250 is required to participate in the foursome.Website

If you love golf and the vision and mission of FCA, this is an event for you! Metro Detroit FCA will provide golf, carts, balls, meals, beverages, and golf apparel.
Participants will play as twosomes on each hole and attempt to play as many holes as they can within the allotted time. Playing two balls on par 3s will be allowed. The maximum number of golfers participating on the course will be 36.
