“The Sundae” Philosophy allows me to help you explore your deepest heart’s desire; combing the love, safety and freedom to be wild and adventurous through ‘real’ mental and physical intimacy. Experience the blend of a delectable & satisfying sundae.
Vanilla ice cream = love, respect, trust and safety
Chocolate ice cream = the wild adventurous side
Have them on their own or blend them together to create a level of intimacy that promotes confidence, and is satisfying at many levels.
Using this philosophy we will approach your Intimacy wants and needs from a place of love and trust.  Throughout the workshop we will move from an open mind, to being curious about your process, and releasing judgment and/or attachment to beliefs which come from fears and insecurities.  Intimacy coaching does benefit couples. For Couples, there will be follow up assignments to be completed at home.  I will teach you to use clear boundaries and communication skills.  We will practice breathing exercises, meditation, and dialogue.  I will help you create a safe and respectful place to live out your sexual desire and attain satisfaction on many levels.  Respect and privacy, are key to the success of the group as we work together!  We support one another with validation, nurturing and honoring each person's truth. During some exercises couples will separate to have their privacy as they discover their "Sundae" through dialogue.
