In this group we explore what respect, safety, love and non-judgment look like in the bedroom for your partner and you as you explore your sexuality. The Sundae Philosophy
“The Sundae” Philosophy coaching style allows you to explore your deepest heart’s desire, to combine love, safety and freedom to be wild and adventurous through both mental and physical intimacy. Experience the blend of a beautiful satisfying sundae. Take some vanilla ice cream, which represents, love, respect, trust and safety.  Then, grab a scoop of chocolate ice cream; this is the wild adventurous side.  Have them on their own or blend them together to create a level of intimacy that gives confidence, and is satisfying at many levels.
Using this philosophy we will approach your Intimacy Coaching experience from a place of love and trust.  We will move from an open mind, to being curious about your process, and finally releasing judgment and/or attachment to beliefs that have come from fears and insecurities. 
I will teach you to use clear boundaries and communication skills with your partner.  I will help you create a safe and respectful place for you to live out your sexual desire and have satisfaction on many levels.  Over time, this new satisfaction will become your new reality and yours to keep for years to come.
