Scarecrows in the City is an opportunity for your business or organization to participate in the Museum’s annual Stone Wall Pumpkin Festival! All scarecrows will be on display for the Festival, then moved to Downtown Rochester for the month of October. If unable to attend the workshop, you may build your scarecrow at home and drop it off at the Museum by Thursday, October 10. Contact the Museum for more details. The Museum provides the following: • Wooden frame • Straw • Signage You provide: • Accessories including the scarecrow’s head • Clothing • Man-power • Imagination The Rochester Hills Museum is located at 1005 Van Hoosen Road, off Tienken Road between Rochester and Dequindre Roads.
