Does red wine go better with cheese than white wine? Or is it the other way around? The Wine Counselor, Michael Schafer will be our tour guide as we explore wine and cheese.  Michael is a lot of fun as well as being a wine expert. He de-mystifies wine in a fun, friendly easy to learn way. His motto is "I taste bad wine so you don't have to". As an educator, published author, trainer & speaker he guarantees you'll have fun while you're learning!
