Meadowbrook Center for Learning Differences is a 501c3 that has been in the community for thirty years.  We have helped thousands of children throughout that time and believe we can remove barriers to learning.  All of our teachers are degreed tutors and have experience working with students from Kindergarten to College.  We have worked with students that have various learning challenges such as dyslexia, ADHD, autism, closed head injuries and more.

Pamela Palmer
The Artist's Apprentice
Pamela Palmer BFA is a Canadian Artist who began teaching art to children in 1998. Palmer developed her entrepreneurial business, The Artist's Apprentice, instructing classes in four main branches of fine arts: drawing, painting, sculpture and printmaking. In 2005, she opened her private studio for public lessons, adding other areas of art and design, including Japanese cartooning (Manga), Chinese painting, Interior Design and Fashion Design. The Artist's Apprentice is now in several locations including Rochester Schools in after school enrichment and BASES, Independence Parks and Rec., and Clarkson Community Schools. Palmer holds a Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree and a Diploma of Interior Design. Her works are displayed in the Government Collection of Canada.
