Location: Rochester Hills, MI
Pay: Hourly Rate + 10% commission on services sans enhancements
Position Type: Part-Time (~25-35 hours per week)

At CYDF, we believe how an interaction begins and ends has a profound effect on how a client remembers their entire experience.  We are looking for a Sales Lead/Front Desk Receptionist who is responsible for actively promoting and selling memberships, driving revenue growth, and leading by example when it comes to customer service excellence. You will act as the front line of our business—welcoming clients, managing bookings, and ensuring clients are educated about the value of our membership offerings.  This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in sales and is passionate about wellness and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Membership Growth

  • Educate clients about our membership programs and convert new and returning clients into members.
  • Consistently meet or exceed membership sales goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to improve client retention and membership sign-ups.
  • Track sales performance and provide weekly reports on membership growth and conversion rates.
  • Follow up with clients post-visit to promote memberships and encourage rebooking.
Leadership and Team Support
  • Mentor and motivate other front desk staff to develop strong customer service and sales techniques.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for membership-related questions and escalate client concerns as needed.
  • Ensure front desk procedures align with company sales goals and client experience standards.
Front Desk Operations
  • Greet clients warmly, manage check-in/check-out processes, and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as tracking inventory and processing payments.
 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in customer service and sales (hospitality, wellness, or retail preferred).
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, and basic computer applications.
  • Flexible weekday & weekend availability.  Business hours are 10-6PM Monday, 11-6PM Wednesday, 10-6PM Friday, 10-4:30PM Saturday & Sunday
