Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and assist with product selections
Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services to enhance customer engagement
Assist in the negotiation and follow up with golf courses for graduations and tournaments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and meet customer needs
Provide support during busy periods, helping to manage customer flow and facilitate transactions

Requirements
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Basic sales experience or a willingness to learn sales techniques and strategies
Ability to work well within a team environment and follow instructions accurately
Good organizational skills with attention to detail in handling operational tasks
Flexibility to adapt to varying daily responsibilities and assist where needed
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and eagerness to learn new skills
