Modes of Fashion™ Celebrates Official Ribbon Cutting in Rochester Hills

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. -- August 17, 2026 -- Modes of Fashion™, a Metro Detroit-based wardrobe styling and image strategy company founded by Tiara Diaz, celebrated its official ribbon cutting on Thursday, August 13, bringing together members of the local business community, clients, family, friends, and supporters to commemorate the company's continued growth.

The ribbon cutting was held in partnership with the Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce and hosted at Chief Financial Credit Union's Rochester event space.

Founded in 2024, Modes of Fashion™ helps professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, and creatives strengthen how they present themselves through strategic wardrobe services designed to create greater confidence, clarity, and intention.

Diaz brings more than 15 years of professional experience leading complex initiatives across healthcare, technology, and project management to her work as an entrepreneur and stylist. An Oakland University graduate, she has translated her background in strategy, organization, and execution into an approach to personal style that extends beyond selecting clothing.

Through Modes of Fashion™, clients receive support across personal wardrobe styling, wardrobe strategy, closet editing and organization, photoshoot styling, and special-event styling.

The company's philosophy recognizes that today's professionals often move between multiple environments, expectations, and roles. Rather than prescribing one signature aesthetic, Modes of Fashion™ helps clients develop the range to show up appropriately and authentically across those different moments.

The August 13 ribbon cutting represented both a business milestone and the continued development of a company Diaz envisions growing well beyond traditional personal styling.

"Today isn't simply about opening a business. It's about celebrating a vision -- a vision centered around authenticity, purpose, education, and empowering people to wear what lets them live fully," Diaz shared during the ceremony.

The celebration concluded around one of the company's defining philosophies: The Art of Showing Up™.
