Local Nurse Launches Vita Sana Integrative Health to Bring Root-Cause, Data-Informed Wellness to Michigan Residents

Across our community, many adults are managing persistent health concerns that don’t always come with clear explanations. A diagnosis may be given and treatment initiated, yet questions often remain about how those patterns developed in the first place and what long-term changes could meaningfully support better health.

Vita Sana Integrative Health was founded to provide a structured, education-centered approach to understanding the underlying patterns that contribute to these conditions. By combining comprehensive lab review with personalized guidance, the practice helps individuals move from confusion to clarity and make sustainable changes that support long-term wellbeing.

Founded by Troy, MI native Marisa Tundo — a graduate of Seaholm High School and Eastern Michigan University’s School of Nursing — Vita Sana reflects more than 15 years of clinical experience serving patients throughout metro Detroit. Her transition into integrative practice grew from a desire to help individuals understand their health earlier, before symptoms escalate into crisis.

Adults ready for clearer direction—and professionals who would like to refer someone who may benefit—can learn more and book a Starting Point consult at www.vitasanaintegrative.com
