Join St. Paul's United Methodist Church for the You Are Not Alone: Understanding and Easing Loneliness Workshop. The workshop will take place on Tuesday, September 29th from 7-9pm at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Hickey Hall.

Loneliness is something that we all experience at times in our lives, from our teens to our senior years. This workshop will explore loneliness and examine the health risks and behavioral challenges that come with the feeling of loneliness, as well as how modern society has changed how we connect. The goal isn't simply to make more friends; it is to build a life that naturally creates connection. You will walk away from the workshop with practical skills, resources and an action plan. Featured Speakers are Dr. Cassidy Azzow, PsyD, MAAT, DLLP, and Iklas Bashi, MA, LPC.
