Rochester, Michigan: The City of Rochester is excited to announce that over $1.7 million in grant funds have been awarded allowing the city to start to move forward with repairing two washouts on the Clinton River Trail. The city is extremely grateful to the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation (RCWJF) for a leading gift of $1.2 million to support this effort and an additional $521,000 from the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Trail Maintenance Endowment at the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan (CFSEM). These grants are being matched by funds from the City of Rochester, Michigan Department of Natural Resources, and private donations made to the Community Foundation of Greater Rochester and Friends of the Clinton River Trail.
