Dr. Klint Pleasant currently serves as senior vice president and head men’s basketball coach at Rochester University (RU). During his tenure, RU has won two Small College National Championships and has been ranked as high as No. 3 in the country in the NAIA. He has developed several All-Americans, and his teams consistently rank at the top of the conference in academic achievement. Klint has won National Coach of the Year, Conference Coach of the Year, and been recognized as a Conference Coach of Character. Off the court, Pleasant has managed the University’s Office of Enrollment, overseeing the largest incoming freshman class in the University's 60-year history. Under his leadership, the Athletic Department has experienced growth from eight intercollegiate sports teams to 21 and has transitioned to the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC). The WHAC is a partnership of student-focused institutions with a strong tradition and shared commitment towards academic achievement, service to the community, and developing life skills through character-driven athletics.

The Rochester Area Prayer Breakfast is an annual, non-denominational event held in recognition of the National Day of Prayer, instituted in 1952 by a joint resolution of Congress and then-President Harry S. Truman.
