Founded by Scott and Mary Randolph in 1991, Randolph’s Salon has grown from a single salon in Waterford to a thriving business with three locations and a team of approximately 80 professionals. Throughout that growth, the company has remained rooted in the values that helped establish its reputation: outstanding service, continuous education, and strong relationships with both clients and team members.

As a L'Oréal/Redken Elite Salon, Randolph’s Salon specializes in all aspects of hair care and styling.
